As your agency grows, your per-seat price drops. No tier upgrades to manage. No empty seats to pay for. The bracket applies to every agent in your agency.

Model A · Agency-paid

One consolidated bill

Your agency pays a single monthly invoice covering all invited agents at the agency's per-seat pricing. Easy for centralized billing, accounting consolidation, and agencies that prefer to manage agent costs directly. Mid-Size agencies and above (11+ agents) can request custom billing options to fit their accounting workflow.

Model B · Agent-paid

Each agent subscribes directly

Each invited agent subscribes individually and is billed directly, at the agency's per-seat pricing. No consolidated bill to manage, and each agent owns their own subscription. Ideal for agencies that don't want to centralize agent expense.

How your bracket adjusts automatically

5 × $80 = $400/mo

6 × $75 = $450/mo

Adding the 6th agent crosses into the Growth bracket. Every agent's per-seat rate drops from $80 to $75. New pricing applies next billing cycle.

11 → 25 agents (Mid-Size)

11 × $70 = $770/mo
↓
25 × $70 = $1,750/mo

As you grow within the bracket, you pay for each new agent at $70/seat. No surprise upgrades. No empty-seat costs if someone leaves.

26 → 25 agents (drop a bracket)

26 × $60 = $1,560/mo
↓
25 × $70 = $1,750/mo

If you drop below a bracket, you receive 30 days notice before pricing adjusts. Time to add an agent and keep your current rate if you want to.

When brackets change

Growing into a lower-priced bracket? Your agency and all agents are notified the moment the new bracket applies. The lower per-seat rate takes effect at your next billing cycle. No proration math.

Contracting below your current bracket? Your agency and all agents are notified, and the new higher per-seat rate takes effect after 30 days. That window gives you time to grow back into your current bracket if you want to retain the rate.

💳 Cancellation & Refund Policy

All accounts include a 30-day free trial. A credit card is required at signup but will not be charged until your trial ends. After your trial, your subscription renews monthly on your billing anniversary date. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 5 days of your billing date directly from your account portal. To cancel without a refund, you may do so at any time from your portal — access continues until the end of your current billing period. For billing questions contact billing@trufolio.app.

Frequently asked questions

What if my agency has 7 agents and I previously paid for a 10-seat tier? +

Per-seat pricing eliminates this problem entirely. With 7 agents in the Growth bracket, your agency pays exactly 7 × $75 = $525/month. There are no empty seats to pay for. If you add an 8th agent, your bill goes up by $75. If you drop to 6 agents, your bill drops by $75 at the next billing cycle. The number of agents you actually have is the number you pay for.

How do I invite agents to join my agency? +

From your agency portal, you can paste a list of agent email addresses or upload a CSV file. TruFolio sends each agent a personalized invitation. Each agent clicks their invitation link, completes a short signup, and is added to your agency at your bracket's per-seat rate. You can also invite agents one at a time if you prefer. Invitations expire after 14 days if not accepted.

What does "Model A" versus "Model B" mean? +

When your agency signs up, you choose between two billing approaches. Model A: your agency receives one consolidated monthly invoice covering all invited agents. Model B: each invited agent subscribes individually and is billed directly. Both models charge the agency's same per-seat bracket rate — the difference is purely operational. Model A is preferred by agencies that consolidate agent expenses; Model B works for agencies that prefer agents to manage their own subscriptions.

What is included in the free trial? +

The 30-day free trial includes full access to all features — white-label branding, custom subdomain, AI Assist, voice AI, Financial Clarity Score, agent intelligence brief, and unlimited prospect submissions. A credit card is required at signup but will not be charged until your trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Can I change my billing model after I sign up? +

Yes. Agencies can switch between Model A and Model B by contacting billing@trufolio.app. The change takes effect at the next billing cycle. Existing agents continue under the new billing model with no service interruption.

Do my prospects pay anything? +

No. TruFolio is completely free for prospects. They complete the financial assessment at no cost. You pay the subscription fee as the financial professional using the platform.

What does "white-label" mean? +

Your prospects see your name, photo, credentials, and brand — not TruFolio's. The assessment link is your personalized subdomain (e.g., yourname.trufolio.app). Prospects interact with your branded experience from start to finish.

Is my prospects' financial data secure? +

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. TruFolio does not sell or share prospect data with third parties. We do not request Social Security numbers, bank login credentials, or any sensitive authentication information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

When does my agency move into Custom pricing? +

Agencies with 100 or more agents move into Custom pricing. At that scale, agencies typically engage procurement, legal review, custom MSA negotiation, alternative payment terms (net-30 invoicing), and dedicated support arrangements. Contact sales@trufolio.app to discuss Custom terms.

Do you use passwords or magic links? +

Magic link authentication only. There are no passwords to manage, remember, or reset. To sign in, enter your email — TruFolio sends a one-click sign-in link. Sessions persist for 30 days, so daily users rarely see a login screen. Magic link is more secure than passwords (nothing to leak) and reduces the volume of support requests related to forgotten credentials.
