Growing between plans? Pay per seat — no forced upgrades.
If your team grows beyond your plan's included seats, additional agents are billed at your current plan's per-seat rate. You stay on your plan until upgrading becomes the better deal — and we'll tell you exactly when that is.

💳 Cancellation & Refund Policy
All plans include a 30-day free trial. A credit card is required at signup but will not be charged until your trial ends. After your trial, your plan renews monthly on your billing anniversary date. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within
5 days of your billing date directly from your account portal — no questions asked. Log in to your portal and go to
Billing → Request Refund. Refund requests after 5 days of the billing date are not eligible. To cancel without a refund, you may do so at any time from your portal — access continues until the end of your current billing period. For billing questions contact

What is included in the free trial? +
The 30-day free trial includes full access to all features on your selected plan — white-label branding, custom subdomain, AI Assist, voice AI, Financial Clarity Score, agent intelligence brief, and unlimited prospect submissions. No credit card is required to start your trial. After 30 days, your plan renews automatically at the monthly rate for your selected plan. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Can I change plans after I sign up? +
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If your team grows beyond your plan's included seats, additional agents are billed at your current plan's per-seat rate — you are never automatically bumped to a higher tier.
Do my prospects pay anything? +
No. TruFolio is completely free for prospects. They complete the financial assessment at no cost. You pay the subscription fee as the financial professional using the platform.
What does "white-label" mean? +
Your prospects see your name, photo, credentials, and brand — not TruFolio's. The assessment link is your personalized subdomain (e.g., yourname.trufolio.app). Prospects interact with your branded experience from start to finish.
Is my prospects' financial data secure? +
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. TruFolio does not sell or share prospect data with third parties. We do not request Social Security numbers, bank login credentials, or any sensitive authentication information. See our

Do you offer agency or enterprise pricing? +
Yes. For agencies with more than 25 agents or organizations that want custom per-seat pricing, volume discounts, SLA guarantees, or API access, contact us at

How does the referral program work? +
When you refer another financial professional who subscribes to TruFolio, you receive a 10% monthly credit on their subscription — applied directly to your bill. Credits vest after 90 days and are capped at $500/month per referral for enterprise accounts.
